WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR A DISPLAY ADVERTISEMENT IN THE “CAREER FAIR EVENT GUIDE”?

CAN I REGISTER ON-LINE?

Yes. Online registration for the Career Fair will open Friday, August 1.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Credit Card payments are recommended through the secure credit card payment section of the online Career Fair registration. Payment is due no later than 30 days after registration or two weeks prior to the event (whichever comes first), unless written arrangements have been made with the Gonzaga Business Network. You will receive an email when GBN actually receives your payment. Arrangements can be made to make payment by check, call for details. For questions on invoices, contact Michael Crilley at mcrilley@ahtins.com.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES?

  • Registration will open August 1 until the event fills up, at which time it will be closed and companies will be placed on a wait list.
  • The deadline for the GBN Career Fair Program Guide information and ad copy is December 10. Please email ads and logos to Jerryquinn_us@yahoo.com. Companies who register after December 20 may not be included in the printed copy of the GBN Career Fair Program Guide, but will be posted on the GBN Career Fair website. GBN Career Fair is a very popular event and fills up quickly. When this occurs a wait list is started. If a registered company cancels, the other organizations on the wait list will need ample notice to make the necessary travel and/or recruiting arrangements. Companies are considered registered if they make a payment or arrangements with the GBN. In the event of cancellation:

1. Refunds may be given if requested in writing by the aforementioned program guide deadline (12/10). However, due to the administrative and financial costs associated with Career Day registration, a $50.00 processing fee will be retained by GBN.

2. If the company cancels after the aforementioned program guide deadline, additional costs may be incurred by the GBN and only a partial refund will be given to the company. However, there would not be a refund on any display ad that was printed.

3. If the cancellation is less than 7 day prior to the event, we may not be able to fill the reserved space, in which case the full registration fee is non-refundable.

4. If the company is confirmed with payment arrangements, but has not paid, they would be billed for the aforementioned charges incurred.

WHERE DO I PARK ON CAMPUS?

There is no parking on campus (Eye Street) due to construction so please arrive very early, unload and find a space on Gonzaga's K Street lot. We have also designated a visitor parking lot for guests from Visitation and Holy Cross and will provide escorts to and from the gated lot located at the corner of North Capitol and K Streets.  Parent volunteers from the Gonzaga and AHC Father's Clubs will act as parking lot escorts.
We encourage carpooling and the use of other transportation like the Metro (redline to Union station), Taxis or Uber.

IF I AM BRINGING MATERIALS, WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO UNLOAD THESE?

For unloading and loading purposes, you may park temporarily on the INNER COURTYARD. This is the center commons in front of the Carmody Gym and is accessed at first gated driveway BEFORE St. Aloysius. There will be signage and volunteers to guide you in. If you reach the Eye Street entrance, you have gone too far. We will have Career Fair volunteers and students to assist you. After dropping off your materials you will need to immediately remove your vehicle and park on the K Street lot. The courtyard gate will shut and be locked at 6:15pm due to pedestrian taffic.

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR SHIPPING MATERIALS TO GBN BEFORE CAREER DAY?

Unfortunately, Gonzaga is unable to receive and store items. We ask that you bring the items with you on the day of the event.
